Need to slow down take stock

I realise I need to slow down . Relax enjoy the nothingness of time with kids
Celebrate the time he takes to drink milk not keep going forward about what to do next and next and next

I'd like them to not be scared of me to know I love them unconditionally. 

my son misses me every day

My son misses me every day, and I miss him too
he wants to wake up with me next to him
he wants me to drop him at school and pick him up
he wants me to draw with him, colour with him, build with him
he wants me in the pool with him, teaching him to swim - "aatha it's fun!"

I put my daughter to bed
I walk my daughter to school
