Rhymes for Baby

Some rhymes are just so violent!
So here's a softer version of Rock A Bye Baby

Rock A Bye Baby
On the Tree Top
When the Wind Blows,
The Cradle Will Rock
If the Bough Breaks,
the Leaves Will Break Your Fall
And Down Will Come Safely,
My Baby, Cradle and All!

Here are two additional verses of a rhyme my baby likes a lot:

Mary Mary Quite Contrary
How Does Your Garden Grow?
With Silver Bells and Cockle Shells
And Pretty Maids All In A Row...

With Butterflies, and Bumble Bees
And Yellow Birds up in the Sky

With Flowers White, and Flowers Pink,
And Green Green Grass by the Side

  1. Here's one more we composed one rainy day:
Pitter Patter Pitter Patter Rain Drops
    Falling on your Head.
Cover your Head, Cover your Head!
Don't the the rain get you!
